Protectis tablets strawberry

BioGaia Protectis chewable tablets with strawberry flavour are a food supplement containing Limosilactobacillus reuteri Protectis (DSM 17938). They provide a safe, simple, and convenient way to maintain an adequate number of bacteria in the digestive tract. Just one tablet a day provides the recommended dose of 100 million live Limosilactobacillus reuteri Protectis bacteria. With its exceptional and well-documented properties in several areas, Limosilactobacillus reuteri Protectis is considered a high-quality lactic acid bacterium. It has been proven to be safe and effective in over 170 clinical studies in both children and adults. Available in packs of 10 or 20, or as a family pack with 30 tablets.

Bulking agent (isomalt), sweetener (xylitol), L. reuteri DSM 17938, palm oil, natural lemon flavoring and flavor enhancer (citric acid). One tablet consists of a minimum of 100 million live L. reuteri Protectis. Net weight per tablet, 450 mg. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect due to the content of sweeteners in the product.

Adults and children over the age of two should take 1–2 chewable tablets a day. They can be chewed, swallowed, or left to melt in the mouth. They can be taken regularly or temporarily e.g. during antibiotic treatment. For the best effect, allow 2 hours between an antibiotic and BioGaia Protectis intake. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

Store in a dry place, at room temperature (max. 25 °C / 77 °F). Keep out of reach of children.
